I wouldn't say that there are not many cons of working at Scott-Moncrieff. All of the teams across the firm are friendly and approachable, and willing to share their experiences and knowledge with trainees. As Scott-Moncrieff is a mid-tier form, you are given the opportunity to work on a wide and diverse client portfolio, that you may not get at some of the larger accountancy firms. This is great for development (especially for Graduates)!

The colleagues were extremely friendly and welcoming and were more than happy to spend time explaining the procedures I was required to carry out. The experience provided a great insight into the accountancy profession and it has made me more sure of my decision to study the subject at university.
