Extremely cliquey culture, run like a cult. Bullying and harassment are common place and accepted against some staff, but not if you're part of the in-group. Despite there being clear procedures to carry out work no one knows what they’re doing and work is not completed, so much as it is bounced around from person to person until eventually someone does SOMETHING to resolve it. No one actually knows what they’re doing. Illogicality and insanity are the norm, going well past plain stupidity. Everyone in Dalkeith Road had dead eyes and looked like they were just waiting to get their pension and die.
