Employees are expected to handle work without proper guidance or procedures, leading to unmanageable workloads and disorganisation. Health and safety rules are disregarded. The company lacks of trustworthiness, as the hybrid contract was abruptly changed from 2 to 3 days in the office to 5 days in the office without prior notice. I was considered leaving after 1 month.
