I've had the pleasure of working at ScoutLogic for over 2 years, and the culture is absolutely fantastic! Senior Management keeps everyone involved from the 'top down' and constantly, and openly, communicates all objectives and future planning. Our main priority is our clients, but next on the list is our Team. Part of the All-Team Meetings stress how we continue to 'strengthen the culture', and live by a 'We are a Family' attitude. We have an open, virtual culture where everyone helps one another and questions, concerns or issues are resolved immediately. If something is bothering someone, we are pushed, no matter how uncomfortable, to take care of a problem ASAP. I'm always comfortable involving senior management if I need help! Things come up every day, but I can honestly say, I truly enjoy working with everyone at this company and if there's an opportunity, I would always recommend a friend, connection or business associate to work at ScoutLogic!
