1yHi there,
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We take all feedback seriously, and your detailed insights are highly valuable to us as we strive to improve.
Firstly, we’re glad to hear that you recognise the strength of our product and engineering team. They are the backbone of what we do, a fantastic team and it’s great to hear that this is recognised across the company!
You're right that ScreenCloud has had to be agile whilst navigating a tricky, competitive and growing market. That has led to some changes internally and we appreciate that this has had an impact upon team stability and team morale, which we're working hard to address. Our leadership team has spoken about this on multiple occasions in All-Hands, and we've reduced changing priorities and goals as much as possible over the last few months so hopefully that concern will soon be one of the past.
Our CEO, whilst not always present in the London office, has been active in leading our first ever customer conference, attending multiple customer site visits, visiting all of our offices this year, and still takes time to meet each new starter. All of that said, we'll take your comments on board and continue to work on improving this, and communication with all teams.
The feedback on our former sales leadership and the impact is especially concerning and through recent leadership changes, we are actively working to rebuild trust and foster a positive, supportive work environment. Our onboarding processes have changed entirely in the past few months to make sure new employees receive the training and support they need from day one, and we've held our hands up that this hasn't been good enough in the past.
We also want to reassure you that our leadership team is committed to the long-term success of ScreenCloud and they are not looking for a quick exit. Our focus remains on building a sustainable business that everyone can be proud of.
If you have any more thoughts or would like to discuss your concerns further, we encourage you to reach out to HR or any member of the leadership team directly.
