      Great experience seeing what an ER is like from the inside. The doctors are extremely knowledgable and can teach you as much as you want.

      Extremely fast paced at times to the point where you're many charts behind and can hardly catch up before you're seeing another patient. Some physicians ask you to do way more than others. Scheduling is extremely hard on you due to continued switching between day and night shifts. The pay is low for what you have to do.

      My onboarding process has taken over 2 months and I've only clocked in for mandatory trainings with little to no communication from managers or hiring staff. $10 an hour.
