-It takes forever to get started in floor training -Unorganized -Need to update learning materials... some of the things that I saw while working, I did not learn them through the ScribeAmerica training -UNFRIENDLY COWORKERS: my chief scribe literally scoffed at me because I was not a Biology major....one of the trainers (non manager) threatened me and said that if I didn't improve then I would be terminated. I'm sorry but I feel that he did not have a right to say that. It feels like the hunger games sometimes because we are all trying to make it into the medical field. -Only option is the emergency department -Pay is a joke
