Did not have health benefits until my third year (when company provided the opportunity to enroll in benefits for the first time, did not make enough prior to that to obtain my own) The company is a 3rd party contract. Some opportunities to grow within the company but "pay to increase in responsibility" ratio is not worth wanting to grow
