Great experience but total exploitation - Recensione dipendente - Medical Scribe presso ScribeAmerica

The pay is minimum wage which is not livable if you're an adult paying your own bills. Upper management is non-existent as far as I'm concerned. My direct manager, or chief scribe, is amazing but completely under valued. This is a horrible organization. They take advantage of pre-meds desperate for experience because they know we will accept the poor pay for the good experience. I've been offered scribe positions at private practices for $18/hour and full benefits but had to decline due to "breach of contract". Do yourself a favor and find a job somewhere else.
