They are not a fair company. Wages are low and the turnover rate is very high. If they want quality employees, they need to treat employees like professionals and not students. The benefits they provide are very minimal and costly, which makes the job unattractive as a career. Also, their noncompete clause is a little ridiculous. I would definitely recommend scribing to a friend, but I would recommend that they avoid ScribeAmerica as much as humanly possible.
