ScribeAmerica provides a cost of living wage increase annually for employees who have worked at the company for a pre-determined length of time, and additional raises are based on performance and promotions to positions with greater responsibility. ScribeAmerica provides opportunities for breaks and meal periods, and pays overtime wages in accordance with applicable federal or state law. While ScribeAmerica does not disclose the wages of its employees or management, our Project Leader career path is compensated at based on the fact that the position requires constant nationwide travel.
