Risposta di ScribeAmerica
11yThere is no question that working as a medical scribe for any company is very demanding, given that we work on the front lines of the medical field and in a 24/7 industry. While ScribeAmerica uses both classroom and clinical ("on the floor") training to teach employees how to be successful scribes, not every applicant or trainee will be able to develop the necessary skills to succeed as a scribe in a timely manner. Success as a scribe trainee is directly related to the time, effort, and study the employee undertakes during training.
While some of our scribes are former/current EMTs, that is true only for a relatively small minority of employees.
