      Remote work and equipment provided. That are the only two pros with this company.

      Atrocious communication within upper management. The onboarding process can range anywhere from 1-3 months depending on your team/manager. If you do not have open and full availability they will terminate you without warning. The stress, frustration, and confusion is NOT worth the $10/hr they want to pay.

      My onboarding process has taken over 2 months and I've only clocked in for mandatory trainings with little to no communication from managers or hiring staff. $10 an hour.
