Pay was $10, while expecting you to have intermediate to advanced knowledge of medical terminology. Communication from managers was non-existent and unprofessional. Scheduling is inconsistent (many days I had no idea what hours I was expected to work and had to email managers and chief scribes to figure out scheduling). The position is stressful as some of the providers you work with make things very difficult.
