Long hiring process long /underpaid trainging long wait to get set schedule chaotic managmet style threaten to repermand when advocating for yourself about benefits that were promised months prior in hiring process. miss labeling employee status to avoid benefits compensation is verrrry low below minimum wage for hours and and trianging required.. low ball for medical students looking to gain experience/ not for regular people looking for a stable income or schedule
