      Lots of great experience in the emergency room, interacting with medical providers and hospital staff. Great exposure to various health conditions and illnesses. Looks great on applications to schools for further medical training.

      Scheduling was extremely difficult and you often only knew when you were working a week or less in advance. The CEO of the company needs to approve of all major decisions but isn't always the most responsive so change happens very slowly or not at all.

      hours can suck if you are in school, be sure to notify your manager your hours that you can actually handle
