There is a lack of communication and transparency from the senior leadership team which drives a toxic culture. Employees are all overworked, with expectations to work ridiculous hours. When people leave, more work is expected of existing employees to make up for the shortfall instead of recruiting. Senior leadership team are only bothered about maximising profits with no genuine care about employee wellbeing - some of them don’t even acknowledge your presence or bother to speak to you when they arrive in the morning. When the firm asks for feedback from staff this is just a tick box exercise and constructive feedback is never acted on.

Good benefit package. Some nice people

Management and above are unsupportive, old fashioned in their way of thinking. Not a good culture. HR not interested in sorting issues and are definitely just want to shut you up. The ‘managers’ don’t know anything about their clients or how to be managers obviously only been promoted because of long service. Partners think they are so far above everyone else and get away with a lot more than they should.
