Never fully understood the product. No demos. Nothing to see. Ask anyone at the company to explain the product, and you will get vastly different answers. A general atmosphere of confusion about the product, the direction of the company, and frequent changes in management and staff. Turnaround was high. Vague (or no) answers to simple questions. A nightmare getting necessary credentials and equipment. A somewhat toxic mix of contractors and full time employees that just wasn't conducive to getting anything done - nobody was on the same page, on any team. I've also heard that management talks down to employees - name calling, shouting, etc. This is obviously not OK, in any work environment. Interana feels directionless - there is no clear goal to chase, or clear path to advance. It's all muddled and stagnant and occupied by a seemingly indifferent team of managers. If you're looking for a work environment you believe in, pass on this one. If you don't care about personal or professional growth, jump on board (you'll get daily food in plastic, shrink wrapped trays). Ugh.
