This company is not very well-organized or cooperative. Many times the right hand does not seem to know what the left is doing. The electronic claims system is out-dated. Information can be difficult to locate or simply not available in their existing systems. Often, departments seem to be at odds with each other and there is a distinct sense of corporate vs. branch mentality.
