      -Good benefits -Relatively low stress compared to other companies. Good work life balance -Flex time off policy is implemented fairly -Good culture in wafer engineering

      -Extremely slow promotion cycle -Work is uninspiring for PhD applicants -Layoffs create job insecurity and changes to job responsibilities -False promises of bonuses returning, promotions, and team expansions for years. -PhDs will soon find themselves severely underpaid if it is their first job.

      Fast paced workplace. Lots of data to master SQL and data analysis

      Toxic AF. Everybody seems to lower to 60% effort because the risk of getting tired is immense. If you give 100% and have to take a break and someone sees, the big boss will yell with a grumpy neurotic southern old man voice. Trust me, it is very unpleasant. If you are male, don't get hopes up for a promotion if there are any eligible girls. If it isn't done on purpose, then the general culture of cattiness and gossip will accomplish it anyway.
