Probation period of 1 month after training. Training is only a week long and then they throw you into the deep end with Cold calls. Can not use PTO until 90 days after you get hired. Make you buy a Chromebook which they say they will reimburse you for but only if you stay with the company for 24 months. Management is horrible! Don't listen to your concerns or care at all about their employees! Make you dial 600 calls a day and tell you to stick to THEIR script with no coaching. Burn and Churn company with a very high unattainable Quota of meetings a month. Was told one thing at training and then another after. Was told quota was 15 and then unexpectedly told that it was moved to 25 overnight!! No explanation what so ever. Just changed like that. Management is chosen by favoritism, no need for talent to be a manager. Tell you that they care about mental health but they don't. Would not recommend working here!!!

- can be a fun work environment with good peers that are other sdrs - learned how to talk on phone

- stresssful work environment - fires all of their sdrs or lays them off - terrible higher management above the SDR managers - terrible data and expects sdrs to figure it out - gives no help above upper management - ceo and upper management post “don’t lay off employees that don’t produce, the churn and burn doesn’t work” yet THEY CHURN AND BURN. They don’t even know what’s going on in their own company. - constant stress about getting fired the next month - a lot of threats about getting fired
