Upper management is beyond disconnected with SDR's Quota is very high short and sweet if you do not perform to their standards you are GONE.

Successfully being able to hit sales targets month over month is a key part of the SDR role, and we don't discredit the work that goes into that. However, our quota is intentional and we provide all of the resources we can to set our reps up for success. - can be a fun work environment with good peers that are other sdrs - learned how to talk on phone

- stresssful work environment - fires all of their sdrs or lays them off - terrible higher management above the SDR managers - terrible data and expects sdrs to figure it out - gives no help above upper management - ceo and upper management post “don’t lay off employees that don’t produce, the churn and burn doesn’t work” yet THEY CHURN AND BURN. They don’t even know what’s going on in their own company. - constant stress about getting fired the next month - a lot of threats about getting fired
