      Working remote with other passionate people who love the work we do and the product we are building. It is a great team across all departments and a culture that fits the needs and personalities of each department as well (not one size fits all)

      Growing startups come with consistent change, so that must be something you enjoy. There are mature processes, but things can and will evolve as they are needed. If you like to do things the same way now and always, this may not be your preference.

      Being a healthy, thriving remote culture is something we're really proud of! We have heard from some teammates that they've never felt closer to their teammates, even when in an in office setting. We love having a tight knit and successful team and allowing everyone to do it from the comfort of their own homes!

      - can be a fun work environment with good peers that are other sdrs - learned how to talk on phone

      - stresssful work environment - fires all of their sdrs or lays them off - terrible higher management above the SDR managers - terrible data and expects sdrs to figure it out - gives no help above upper management - ceo and upper management post “don’t lay off employees that don’t produce, the churn and burn doesn’t work” yet THEY CHURN AND BURN. They don’t even know what’s going on in their own company. - constant stress about getting fired the next month - a lot of threats about getting fired
