We're saddened to hear you had a negative experience with us and wish we would have known you felt this way while you were still here so we could have had to opportunity to improve your experience. Given that we're fully remote, we utilize Zoom rooms as a way for employees to collaborate and bond with their teammates! We've gotten a lot of positive feedback from employees on the Zoom rooms, with teammates saying it helps them stay motivated and learn from their colleagues. However, we understand our virtual environment may not always be the best fit for everyone, which is why we are fully transparent on our day-to-day environment during the interview process. - can be a fun work environment with good peers that are other sdrs - learned how to talk on phone

- stresssful work environment - fires all of their sdrs or lays them off - terrible higher management above the SDR managers - terrible data and expects sdrs to figure it out - gives no help above upper management - ceo and upper management post “don’t lay off employees that don’t produce, the churn and burn doesn’t work” yet THEY CHURN AND BURN. They don’t even know what’s going on in their own company. - constant stress about getting fired the next month - a lot of threats about getting fired
