They will use you to get what they need and then terminate with no reason. They use the excuse of executive management decision. The CEO doesn’t actually care about his employees, it’s a web of lies. I was always positive and hit every metric given to me. Open promises and they take pay. They restructure to make you spend more on 401k and company contributes less. They truly don’t care

Toxic workplace from expectations to unrealistic goals. Change in bonus to hide deficit to investors. They change 401k to hurt employees, hours agreed to work are 9am to 5pm but expect meetings at 8:30 every day.

- terrible higher management above the SDR managers
- terrible data and expects sdrs to figure it out
- gives no help above upper management
- ceo and upper management post “don’t lay off employees that don’t produce, the churn and burn doesn’t work” yet THEY CHURN AND BURN. They don’t even know what’s going on in their own company.
- constant stress about getting fired the next month
- a lot of threats about getting fired
