They do lots of ongoing training sessions that are both unique and informative so you can get the job done. At Seamless you will never have to worry about not having the resources to do your job. You will need thick skin from time to time. Occasionally you'll have to have tough conversations with customers about contracts and terms of service. Some customers will try and play hardball with you on contracts. Seamless brought in a great solutions director to help assist you handle those types of meetings. It's on you whether or now you want to use their resources.
