I’m a customer service manager but started off as a writer, and work directly for the CEO. He is fabulous to work for. He emphasizes a work life balance, but leads by a great example by working really hard. He only expects 40 hours a week from us, but if you ever get behind on a task because you were out a day, he is the one to do your job for you. That guy must work 80 hours a week, it’s incredible. All so the clients are happy, and so we aren’t overworked when we get a bit behind. Very good pay, benefits and I love helping our clients like we do. So many of them call me thanking me profusely, which really helps motivate you to give it your best work.
