Good work environment at times but no real direction on where company is going. - Recensione dipendente - Inventory presso Sears

Feel like i'm running in place with no real opportunities for career advancement. I don't know/understand direction the company is going. Presented itself as a place where you can move around to different areas but finding that not to be the case. Some of the politics behind job changes/promotions are disheartening.
