Four-day week is largely upheld

The CEO was far too involved on a micro level in everything and also needed to learn how to stick to a pre-agreed plan rather than pivoting every few days. It made it impossible to actually execute a strategy in a sensible way and instead had all teams chasing their tails and dropping things at a moment's notice.
