The one good thing about Seattle Foundation is that they are focusing nearly 100% on equity for the black community.

The Seattle Foundation pretends to be benevolent and above making employment decisions solely on finances, but that could not be further from the truth. They stretch the limits of accounting principles in order to focus on what they want, hire very specific demographics for senior staff and give them the lion’s share of the budget, and then have too few employees to actually accomplish tasks, but pay them sub-market wages.
