There is very little room for growth at this company (the first things my coworkers let me in on). Raises? Forget about it - unless maybe one of the other drones finally gives out and you manage to "advance." Many people there have been there for years (and years and years), and with that in mind, while they are knowledgeable they often seem cold and unwilling to teach. There were a few kindhearted people that were happy to train you as much as possible, but there are so many holes in the system that things undoubtedly will fall through the cracks (and you'll probably get blamed for it!). Very stressful and overall cold environment.
