Constantly learning in new fields. Get to work on analog design, power electronics, digital systems, and board layout, and spend most of my day working on new designs and schematics. Not necessarily a con, but SOE is a growing company in two locations (Redmond WA and El Segundo CA). We are naturally outgrowing our systems due to rapid hiring.
