The company encourages you to just be yourself and provide opportunities to socialize amongst staff. Throughout the company you'll find people who truly care and who push each other to be better.

The company got a bit lost during the pandemic but so did a lot of companies. Inter-department communication can be lacking at times but it's something that's being worked on.
