I've really loved working at SecureSpace. The biggest thing that stands out to me is that our voices actually matter. It's not one of those places where feedback disappears into a black hole. If you have an idea that can make things better, people listen, and I've been fortunate enough to see some of my ideas turn into real changes across the company. That's a pretty cool feeling. I also genuinely enjoy the people I work with. There are good humans here who care about each other, want to help, and make work enjoyable. It feels much more like a team than just a group of coworkers.

Communication isn't always perfect. As we've grown, there have definitely been times where things could have been communicated more clearly. But it's something the company continues to work on.

From my initial onboarding this company showed me they really care about the people who join their team. Everyone has been very welcoming and is happy to lend a hand or teach me something new about self-storage. The tools and support we receive are very helpful to complete my tasks and get through each day. I am glad I joined this company and hope it's my last job!

Self storage isn't always a glamorous job, but this is as good as it gets.
