Unfortunately, other credit unions in the area do not think very highly of Security so you may have a hard time moving on when you are sick of being overworked and under paid. Salaried positions have a completely different benefit package. They like to keep this hush hush, which contributes to the us vs them mentality that a lot of management has.

Most in upper management have been there decades and have formed a “clique”. HR is very involved in the office politics and often let their feelings dictate their decisions.
