There are no real cons

I think that Security Weaver is a great place to work. I have been here long enough to have seen a few different aspects of the company. There are some major pros to working here, and just to list a few that stick out to me: 1. The management is loyal to their employees 2. They want to see you succeed and help you grow into bigger opportunities 3. Everyone from other employees to upper management, but especially upper management is open to hearing feedback, working towards bettering the company where needed, and making needed changes. 4. In my experience and position, I have been given many different areas of work to help build my knowledge and success levels in the future 5. They really care about your home life and want to make sure you are available for your family needs as well as work

Like any other company, Security Weaver has areas that can improve. However, as mentioned above, when these things are brought to their attention it is taken seriously and almost always implemented immediately. Some may look at the workload and extra push to succeed as a con, although I take it as a pro and a compliment of what they know we can really do.
