A benefit that stands out above most is the high amount of PTO provided. Company provides tuition reimbursement and pays for licensing courses. Camaraderie among peers is good overall.

Non-existent training programs. Training primarily consists of one day shadowing. New hires are not given sufficient instruction on claims/audit procedures and client expectations. Much of the 'training' is provided by more seasoned examiners when they are able. There is a lack of consistency among supervisors and upper management on directives. There is constant reorganizations within the department; changes noted to occur every 2-3 months. As a result, there has been higher than normal turnover in the department as compensation provided is also on the lower scale to comparable positions.
