They will blow smoke up your hind quarters telling you that family is first and balance is key to a successful work life/environment. Lies; was given grief anytime I had to request a day or a few hours off to take care of something family related. “Work From Home” my butt. Forced to waste 1.5-2 hours of my work day driving to the office and then still expected to work after hours. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians, so the saying goes. No room for growth unless you live near a big office, all employees under management level are just a number, no company unity and by that I mean employees throwing one another under the bus daily. If you’re not 45-65 years old, then no matter what you say, it holds no water and means nothing.
