I don’t find any cons till now little bit strict about timing if my work is not completed. My team lead is strict about work.
They intially give some space to learn things we can use is to learn new technologies, nothing other than that.

Expecting employees to became a superman within a short period
No payslip, offer letter even dont have ID cards for employees
They promise that will give offer after seeing performance but all are fake
Only 2 employees are working in a company but two boss ack like MNCs
They are play with employees salary
