Great. fast pace work environment. You learn a lot from this job

Overworked, unnecessary stress due to management. If management is changed or improved, everything will be stream lined properly.

Interview+ hiring process was pretty quick and straightforward and i got to meet my coworkers int he first week at a nice dinner after my first week in a time where work was still 100% remote for covid

Expectations were unrealistic, there was no proper training and it's such a mess. Lucrative business not sure how they actually gain money for wasteful illegal practices with posters ripped down. I was notified of my termination over a swift video call. Management informed me that an uber was on its way to collect my laptop like can't you give someone a second to breathe? Really disgusting and unprofessional also abundance of oversharing on other management end about their personal lives was concerning.
