7yThank you for your response, I am sorry that you had a difficult experience in the company, we certainly went through a tough time where certain areas such as proper exit interviews and gathering regular anonymous feedback slipped which I know is unacceptable.
We have now corrected this as a real priority with open door sessions and regular pulse surveys so myself and the leadership team can make sure we’re receiving the regular information and feedback needed to make constant improvements. We have also put in place a new operational structure so the strategy is clear across the business with visible goals which we can regularly report on. These responsibilities are split and driven across the whole team not just the leadership.
I am fully aware of the difficulties around tech features being released and we have been making the necessary changes to correct this over the last few months.
I am pleased that you felt the WFH policy made a difference, I have certainly felt that having this flexibility is helping with peoples commute times & work / life balance.
I do also want to correct the statement about maternity & paternity as this isn’t correct and we do have a policy for both in place.
