Very poor management - don't appreciate workers; you're basically hired (outsourced) labor; if you make them a ton of money you'll get a $50 bonus. Only work there if you have no choice or if you're an Indian trying to stay in the country on a H1 visa. The company has few projects; if you're not billable for a day, you may be out the door.
