The culture - Select has an amazing sense of community, fun, and workin' hard! It's a great place to learn and grow from intelligent individuals who are passionate about their jobs. The organization is open to new ideas and process improvements, so there is a lot of room for creativity as well. Everyone I work with is extremely dedicated to helping clients meet their goals which makes for a very rewarding work day. One of my favorite things about Select is our Pep Squad - a committee of employees tasked with coordinating fun events and happy hours!

There are a lot of great perks and rewards, but you'll work hard too. Since our work is project based, the workload ebbs and flows. As a result, this is not a 9-5 job; there are times you have to start early, stay late, and travel.
