      Great compensation, attainable goals, earnings potential, training, activities outside work, flexibility, work from home if qualified. I love my job and love the company. They've given me the opportunity to make more money than I've ever made before in a very short time.

      Some micromanagement, 401k still not great, PTO compensation is poor.

      We are glad to hear that you love your job and the company and that you like the flexibility in schedule and unlimited earning potential in sales. As I am sure you know by now, our new and improved 401(k) matching/profit sharing program will go into effect July 2017. Our employees asked and we listened!       Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
