      You can make an amazing income here. Good agents close around 20-30% of leads, so there is no prospecting but all of your leads are inbound in the medicare division.

      Svantaggi

      Compensation constantly changing, no work-life balance. This is a good job for making money short term, but it is easy to get burnt out in this role.

      A firehose of false leads. The people calling in think they are calling in for a food card. There is no food card. They expect you to change their Medicare plan after they called in under false pretenses.
