      In depth training. Money incentives during and after training. Attentive, helpful trainers and managers. I felt comfortable asking my manager any questions. Pretty good leads. Good money. Was able to complete AHIP etc during training.

      Constantly on the phone. A bit of micromanaging if you aren’t immediately ready to take a call.

      The hiring process is not immediate or quick however the time from initial interview to training was not more than a month.

      Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
