My time with this company was so poor that I am unable to find any pros to working for them

Terrible pay for the high expectations of the staff in some cases being illegally underpaid e.g minimum wage with no Sunday premium Zero bonus incentives for staff to drive sales Franchise owner was dishonest and strongly disliked company wide Expectations on staff to perform tasks that they were not being compensated for e.g Sales Assistants expected to open/close stores, cash up tills, V.M floor. etc.
