No work life balance Over demanding VPs that dont listen to any of your input. Their way or the highway. Shunned for requesting PTO Shunned for not working OT Terrible health benefits They do not promote within, they hire outside. Some individuals in management should not be in management. HR always takes management side regardless. Reporting management they say there will not be any issues - false there is.

Nice Manager that actually cares about his/her team.

C-Level is so cold hearted, downright rude and completely out of touch. A few weeks after a great WLRG about empowering women and supporting them in the workplace, a C-Level female acted incomprehensibly disgusting. Blaming me for issues that were completely out of my control. Instead of supporting or mentoring me, I was blamed and criticized. The market has already started to rebound and some people are leaving. All the good ones should find better opportunities since Selene will NEVER appreciate good employees.
