Disorganised management, received little training, was not even taught how to process sales for about 3 weeks, and then later blamed for low sales at the end of the month. I'm always eager to communicate and play my part in a team, yet the overall atmosphere among colleagues is unprofessional, hypocritical, cliquey and gossipy. No HR.
