Initially contract period will be given in the appointment letter but no agreement will be asked to sign. When relieving from the company you will not be given any service certificates and the MD will convince saying its just the training we have got. Do not get locked there...do not get into such concerns..very less salary paid and hence only freshers are recruited particularly from niit.
